I do not provide exclusive hair services but will gladly do hair with an accompanying makeup application. I want my clients to look and feel their best! Please note that I provide basic hair styling services (french twists, half-up/half-down, curling, straightening, updos with light pinning). If you’d like something more elaborate or detailed, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can.

Yes! I have a team of highly talented makeup and hair artists who I call on for group events frequently. Keep in mind there is an associate fee ($30/associate needed). I am delighted to offer services gratis in my beautiful home studio in Wiesbaden. I have commercial space available for full-salon needs, please inquire directly.

Please note that bridal packages include travel on the day of the wedding up to 10 km from my studio gratis. For all other clients, a travel fee will apply based on a €30 flat fee +€.70/km rate. Long-distance or international travel fees may be negotiable.

Additional travel expenses for on-location services include parking, tolls, and miles over the 10 which are included. Contact us for more information.

For special events, one to two months notice is generally fine. However, for weddings, long-term projects, and makeup events, I prefer six months to a year advance notice.

If I’m available, I’m happy to accommodate requests with 48 hours advanced notice.

Absolutely! As a matter of fact, I prefer that you bring over your favorite “can’t leave the house without them” products so that if you want to apply them or have me apply them, you can! I also encourage those of you who have extremely sensitive skin and/or a history of allergic reactions to bring makeup that you know works for you.

Please note that if you desire to use your own products due to allergies or skin sensitivity, I cannot be held responsible for how they will display on photos or how long they will last.

If the makeup is old and/or not high quality, I may decline to use it and offer an alternate.

I’m sure you are wondering, why is this pricing different than regular pricing? So I thought I would first share a few thoughts… Trust me, I know that weddings can be expensive! I do not believe to mark-up the prices just because of the nature of the event–there’s a lot of that going on and that’s not right! However, on that note, I also wants to make sure you understand wedding makeup is a bit more complicated (therefore more pricey) than your standard makeup application. Here’s just a few reasons why:

    • Your makeup not only needs to photograph well but also look natural to your guests! That balance can be tricky, but don’t worry, I’ll make sure it looks just as great on camera as it does in person. Makeup is like magic, an illusion. I study every detail of your event, to include sunrise/sunset times, the weather almanac, venue location/lighting in/outside. This is accomplished through an extremely detailed, signature beauty profile developed by me. So much research will be accomplished before even sitting into the makeup chair on your big day. Of course, if you book a bridal trial makeup, your day of makeup application will go quickly! It’s at the trail where we familiarize ourselves with your skin, face, personality, and all that other great stuff!
    • Your makeup needs to last! This doesn’t mean layers upon layers of foundation and powder. This means that we really need to get to know your face, your skin, and make professional determinations as to what works the best. I use high-end products, HD quality, and sometimes have to purchase specific products for your wedding in order to achieve a flawless face. The amount of research and time that I devote to brides simply costs more.
    • Your makeup application will transcend time! Ok, ok this is super cliché but the romantic in I still looks at my grandmother’s wedding picture (you know, just the one that has maintained prime mantle real estate over 60+ years). All I see is the most beautiful woman in the world accompanied by the most handsome groom. Even though the picture is b&w, her makeup is timeless and compliments her groom so well. I will help you decide and discover a style that will be admired for generations upon generations.

In addition to my professional makeup artist kit, I travel with ample professional lighting (I use The Makeup Light and a ring light) a director’s chair, and a low chair for hair (if needed or not available on-site).[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Do I need a bridal trial/ consultation? While you don’t need one, I highly recommend having one.  Why? Because nobody likes surprises, especially on their wedding day!

I like to schedule your bridal trial makeup application around 30 days prior to the wedding day and schedule it around the same time services will be rendered on your wedding day. At this consultation, I gather and address all the information regarding your wedding day.

I’ll develop and complete your wedding day to look including custom matching foundation, contouring and highlighting preferences, eye shadow effects, and selection of all colors that will be used. I will also test the makeup application either with our skin care line or your own, whichever you prefer. You will leave with a the makeup you will be wearing on your wedding day so that there won’t be any surprises on your big day. Any issues with the makeup can be addressed afterwards & will be corrected for your big day.

You’ll also get to test out false eye lashes, if so desired. In addition, I encourage brides to book and have a facial before your trial run and have your skin ready to glow. I’m happy to arrange these appointments for you with several amazing local vendors in the area!

Lastly, having a consultation considerably reduces the amount of time needed to apply makeup on your wedding day. I offer brides a discount when booking bridal packages that include consultations, because I so believe in the importance of bridal trials!

As part of the costs of my bridal packages, I  coordinate with your schedule and/or your wedding/event planner to determine time of services. I will also develop a detailed timeline for all the times of services and with whom (if associates are needed).

As a general rule of thumb, I need to arrive at a minimum of 2 hours before the first photography session for bride-only makeup and hair services. For larger bridal parties, anticipate more time. If a wedding party has more than three people that will require the service and have a tighter timeframe, I will need to schedule Associates as needed. Please remember there is an associate fee (€30/associate).

Please note that depending on the location and/or the time services needed, there may be an early morning fee (€30/hour before 9am and after 5pm) or the need for myself and/or my team to be lodged onsite the night before. All of this can be pre-arranged prior to your event.

For customers paying in USD, I prefer all payments be made via HoneyBook. This keeps all payments streamlined and easy to manage for all parties. For customers not paying in USD, I will send over a PayPal invoice.

I am happy to arrange a payment plan however, all payments must be made by midnight on the day of services. Otherwiese, a late fee of €15/$15 per day will apply.

I require a 30% deposit for all services to secure my availability on your date. For special event clients, I require 72 hour notice for appointment cancellation or re-scheduling and for bridal clients, 30 days. For brides booking within 30 days, I require 2-week notification.

Deposit payments are applied toward your balance.
